Born in Canada and trained in her home country and in the United States, she now has a private practice in Oviedo (Spain), is the author of 4 books and lectures extensively on topics related to sensory integration and sensory-related feeding issues.

Shelly Lane

Professor Lane has engaged in aspects of pediatric occupational therapy practice, education and scholarship for over 35 years, beginning with assistive technology and play for children with significant disabilities through the Let’s Play project. Professor Lane’s subsequent work has focused on sensory integration and processing in children with disabilities, as well as neuroscience applications in occupational therapy.
